Introduction

The Office of Research and Development was formally established on August 1, 1998, to lay out medium-term and long-term plans for school affairs, campus planning, expansion projects, management and control of total outputs for teaching and research organizations, integration of colleges and institutes, planning and establishment of teaching and research organizations, establishment of research centers and academic exchanges in Taiwan.Meanwhile, the Office of Research and Development also  provide services in equipment for teaching and research.


Currently, under the Office of Research and Development are the Division of Planning, the Division of Academic Development, the Division of Research & Industry Liaison, and Instrument Center . They are dedicated to their respective responsibilities, to serve the teaching faculty and students and facilitate school affairs.
