Introduction
 The Division of Academic Development seeks to improve the atmosphere for academic research, to enhance the collaborative partnerships with other domestic academic institutions, and to promote national academic reputation of NCHU.
The approaches are as follows:
- Facilitating the cooperation and exchanges with domestic research institutions and faculty visiting.
- Providing financial support for faculty to establish potential energy for teaching and research
- Providing financial support for faculty and doctoral students to attend international academic conferences.
- Statistically analyzing the performance of research and development projects.
- Performing the evaluation of academic research projects.
